Welch, Spring & Co., Forestville, Conn, "TITIENS", 30 Day timepiece with nickel plated duplex spring movement {exposed}, and with porcelain dial, in rosewood.
CONDITION:
with no disrepect at all to Larry Funk's Titiens {pictured in Ly's Welch book}, this is perhaps the nicest Titiens we have ever seen; it is outstanding. The finish is all original, nicely waxed. Porcelain dial is perfect. Pendulum & gilt stick excellent. Rear dust paper excellent and a nice label. Gold counter frames on sides are near perfect. Mov't cleaned and in good running order. Ht 23"
